convenient location friendly staff helpful staff water provision slow hairdryer water dispenser
the hotel is very close to senso-ji temple. the train station is also super convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the hotel didn't provide water in the room . i had to fill up my water on the 2nd floor via water dispenser. the hairdryer wasn't the quickest (it took a while to dry my hair).

unhelpful staff hard bed
the hotel location was very good because visiting asakusa and the close train station were easy.
the reception staff, they were so unhelpful. i arrived after a 14-hour flight, and my card didn't work so wanted to check why via my laptop. they didn't allow me to stay in the reception to do it and told me to go to a starbucks since my room was not ready yet. the room was also very small and the bed feelt really hard.
